BT & Lumiant Partnered Event: The Great Reset

    28 Sep 2021
    Webinar

    Information for advice professionals only.

BT and Lumiant have teamed up to create a Specialist Webinar Series that is focused on leveraging best practice ideas and insights to deliver the world’s best client experience. The webinar series is designed to draw on Lumiant’s expertise in working with advice firms to transition their value proposition to above the line, increase client engagement (particularly the non-CFO spouse) and create a repeatable, memorable, measurable and scalable advice experience.

The first part of our series, called The Great Reset, will look at what the financial advice industry could look like if we started again.

The Great Reset acknowledges that if we had realised below-the-line work (investments) adds little value to clients, we would have had more focus on what clients really buy you for - the human connection. At the end of the day, we manage lives not money. We want people to live a rich life, not live rich.

The Great Reset is about understanding in a world full of financial products, customer-centricity is the key unique selling point. In this Santiago Burridge, founder and CEO at Lumiant, will go through seven critical steps that will enable financial advisers to transform their practice and deliver value beyond the numbers, including:

    • Hire yourself or fire yourself: why you need a CEO
    • Why it’s essential to outsource everything not client-facing
    • The importance of loving all clients equally
    • Organic growth relies on engaging the non-CFO spouse
    • Creating a consistent investment philosophy and process
    • How we should really be acquiring and integrating others

Why now is the time to equitise NextGen leadership

This session will be CPD accredited.
