Parliament has returned for the Spring sittings, however due to the passing of Her Late Majesty the timing has been reconfigured. This podcast will summarise some of the measures that are still before parliament and the implications of the rescheduling.

The Quality of Advice Review has released a consultation paper on potential proposals for changes to the financial services regime related to the provision of financial advice. In this podcast we explore some of these proposals in detail and consider what the potential consequences could be.
