Accessing your super 24/7 has never been easier. You can sign in from your desktop, tablet, or the BT Panorama mobile app. Signing in via the app is even easier, with our four-digit passcode, fingerprint or face recognition technology^. If you bank with Westpac you can also sign in through your online banking.
Once signed in, you can view a snapshot of your super account including your personal details, which you can update when things change, your super balance, contributions paid into your account, how your super is performing and details of any insurance in your super account.
There is a lot more you can do on BT Panorama. Let’s take a look at what’s available to help manage your super.
If you want to take a closer look at how your super is invested, the investments section of your online account shows you what investment options you currently hold and provides a full list of the investment options available that you can select from.
Choose from our Lifestage funds, where we do the investing for you and adjust the investment mix and risk according to your age. Or you can select your own customised investment mix, including our sustainable investment options.
To check any insurance cover you hold within your super, the Insurance section shows you the cover type, the amount, and the monthly premium that’s being deducted.
And if your insurance cover doesn’t suit your needs, you can find all the information you need to cancel, reduce or increase your insurance cover in your online account.
You can also make a claim on your insurance cover from your online account.
Your account features a ‘Document library’ where you can view your annual statements and other communications so you can keep track of what’s new and important to your super.
In the ‘Optimise your super’ section, you can learn more about what you can do with your super. It’s a library of insights, tips, and easy-to-use calculators, to help you make the most of your super, and support you to reach your retirement goals.
Your online account gives you access to our loyalty program ‘Benefits Now’, where you can view exclusive offers from leading Australian retailers.
And our ‘My Wellbeing’ portal has resources such as a wellness assessment, informative articles, healthy recipes, fun challenges and quizzes, designed to support your physical and mental wellbeing.
