If you’ve already registered to use our online services, you can transfer money from your bank account by logging into the secure section of this website.
Call BT Customer Relations on 1300 881 716 to transfer funds from your bank account, provided you've received a BT PIN from us.
Please note: You will also need to have completed an Additional Investment Request form with the Direct Debit details filled out or we will be unable to process your transfer. You can download the Direct Debit request form below.
Download, print, complete and return an Additional Investment Request form to us at the address on the bottom of the form.
Remember to fill out the Direct Debit details or we will be unable to process your transfer from your regular bank account.
If you can't download or print the form, contact us to ask for a form to be sent to you.
