BT Investment Funds

Setting up

Use this form to register for BTOnline (our secure website).

2. Change of Details Request (PDF 98 KB)
Use this form to change personal or account details such as your address or your distribution options.
You must use this form for change of name, bank account details and new account signing authority.
Better yet, update your details online, log into BTOnline, or call 132 135.

3. Additional Investment Request (PDF 130 KB)
Use this form to make additional investments. Alternatively, if you already have a direct debit arrangement in place, log in to BTOnline, call 132 135 or send funds via BPAY.

4. Switch Request (PDF 134 KB)
Use this form to switch funds from one investment option to another. 

5. Regular Investment Plan/Direct Debit Request (PDF 130 KB)
Use this form to set up or change a Regular Investment Plan that is funded from your bank account. The form can also be used to set up a direct debit arrangement. If you already have a direct debit arrangement in place, you can also set up or change a Regular Investment Plan if you log in to BTOnline or call 132 135. At least 7 working days notice is required to change a plan.

6. Payroll Deduction Authority for a Regular Investment Plan (PDF 85 KB)
Use this form to set up or change a Regular Investment Plan that is funded from payroll deductions (requires your employer to be able to pay your salary to multiple bank accounts).

7. Withdrawal Request (PDF 245 KB)
Use this form to withdraw part or all of your investment in BT Investment Funds.

8. Flexi Payment Plan Request (PDF 220 KB)
Use this form to set up or change a Flexi Payment Plan. Alternatively, if you already have a Flexi Payment Plan in place, you can amend it by calling Customer Relations. At least 7 working days notice is required to change a plan.

9. Appoint an Authorised Representative (PDF 44 KB)
Use this form to appoint someone to operate your account.

10. Set up an Advice Fee Arrangement (PDF 135 KB)
Use this form if you have agreed with your financial adviser to set-up a new advice fee arrangement to have a one-off and/or ongoing advice fee deducted from your BT account. You can also use this form to amend or replace an existing advice fee arrangement on your BT account, if you have previously set-up an ongoing advice fee by completing an Advice Fee form or the Advice Fee section of your application form on or after 1 July 2013. This form must be completed and signed by you and your financial adviser.

Setting up
