  2. Individuals associated with a Third Party entity, such as officers, employees, agents and customers (related individuals).

We’ll provide you with these supplementary privacy notices at the time we collect your personal information for one of these purposes. Supplementary notices should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Statement.

This Privacy Notice, together with our Privacy Statements, explains how BT, a part of Westpac Banking Corporation and its Australian related body corporates (Westpac Group, we, us, our) handles and manages personal information we collect about third parties (in particular, individuals associated with them) that provide, or are seeking to provide, products and/or services to, or on behalf of BT and/or engage with BT as part of BT’s operations and are:

1. individuals; or
2. individuals associated with a Third Party entity, such as officers, employees, agents and customers (related individuals).
