To use this app, you must be a BT Super Invest or BT Invest member and have signed into your online account and recorded your Australian mobile phone in your account profile.

Is the app secure?
Yes, the app is secure. The app is session-based which means that as soon as you sign out of the app, your information is no longer available on your device until you sign in again.
To further keep your app information secure, you can set up a 4-digit passcode or biometric authentication such as fingerprint or Face ID to sign into the app.
What Apple iOS and Android OS versions are supported?
Apple iOS: Requires iOS 12.1 or greater.
Android OS: Requires Android 6 or greater.
Can all members use the BT Panorama app?
This app is only available for BT Panorama advisers and BT Panorama investors. For more information:

BT products accessed and managed via the app include BT Super Invest and BT Invest.
How do I login to the app?
To use this app you must be a BT Super Invest or BT Invest member and have logged into your online account before via desktop at www.panoramainvestor.com.au. This will ensure you are registered for an online account that is accessible via this app.
On first login you will be asked to enter your Panorama username and password. You can then set up quick sign-in such as touchID/faceID or a passcode.
What if I have forgotten my password?
On the sign in page click Forgot. Select the option Forgot username or Forgot password. You will be taken to Forgot username or Forgot password screen on www.panoramainvestor.com.au mobile responsive site. Here you can complete the process of retrieving your username and/or reset your password.
