If you have received a letter, SMS or phone call regarding a missed a premium instalment, you can make the payment by Credit or Debit card by clicking on the “make a payment” link below.

Information you need to make a payment

To login to the payments portal, you will need:

  • Your policy number
  • Your postcode

Note that:

  • Eftpos cards without a Visa or Mastercard number are not accepted.
  • American Express is not accepted.
