Meet Luke Drew, Senior Product Manager – Managed Accounts
Luke Drew is a Senior Product Manager – Managed Accounts. He’s all about curiosity – discovering why we do things in certain ways. Like many of us at BT, he’s a problem-solver. Managed accounts is a growing part of the business, and Luke is at the forefront of ensuring things run smoothly for advisers. “I enjoy creating order,” he says. “Simplifying things”. Luke has seen BT staff pull together through some big changes, and he’s full of respect for his colleagues. They’re people, he says, who listen and learn from each other.
Luke believes in a holistic approach to life. Being a good parent and being a good operator for his clients are equally important.
