Meet Clare Burns, National Manager – Operations
Clare Burns is our National Manager – Operations. She’s smart, driven and passionate about looking after customers.
“Being open and honest in all interactions is really important, when you’re talking about people’s retirement and financial wellbeing,” she says. “I think that builds trust, as well.”
Clare has been with BT for 11 years. She loves working here because of the people; with everyone focused on the same goal. There have been a lot of memorable times along the way, for example during Covid, when everyone had to really pull together to help deliver for customers.
For Clare, a complex or time-critical problem is a challenge she and her team relish finding innovative solutions for.
She describes herself as both direct and caring: “What you see is what you get.”
