Meet Eloise Neale, Talent Coordinator, Operations
If you start a job at BT, chances are you’ve already met effervescent Eloise, who’s responsible for delivering so many of our star people to us. She does everything from conducting interviews to making sure ‘newbies’ are settled in at their desks on Day One.
Eloise feels just as fortunate to be where she is. Like those around her, she believes in bringing her best self in to work each day. She loves the energy you can feel in the office, especially in the customer relations area.
Making people feel comfortable is Eloise’s forte, and she’s been known to have a laugh and a sing.
Eloise enjoys nothing more than helping the team to deliver a quality service to our customers.
