We have successfully transitioned our registry and customer services teams with our new teams servicing investors from 26 August 2024. Read more about the transition.
We have seen a large number of investors contact our BT Customer Relations team about the changes we have made to our products and services, resulting in longer than usual wait times. We understand the inconvenience to you, and are working through your calls.
We have some additional information below on the new BT Online investor portal and answers to some of the common questions our investors are asking.
Transacting on your BT Funds
- BT will continue to generate and issue annual statements, exit statements, tax statements, and transaction confirmations (excluding those for Regular Investment Plans) via post unless you opt to no longer receive paper statements via the BT Online investor portal. Even if you receive statements and confirmations via post, electronic copies will also be available to download through the BT Online investor portal.
- Investors can continue to submit transaction requests on their BT Funds by either submitting the relevant form for their investment on our forms page or through the enhanced BT Online investor portal.
Enhanced BT Online investor portal
- The enhanced BT Online investor portal provides investors with a more streamlined and secure digital investor experience, giving you a greater level of information and reporting, including:
- Your investment details, including the current value of your BT investments
- View and download your transaction history
- View and download your account statements, including tax and annual statements
- Place transaction requests; and
- Update contact details and account preferences
No changes to fees
The changes will not affect the value of your unit holdings or existing investments within the BT Funds, and there is no change to the fees of the Funds.
