The Trustee Board of Directors is delighted to invite you to your super fund’s online Annual Members’ Meeting.
The Chair and senior executives will update you on the performance of your fund and provide an outlook for the year ahead. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have on any aspect of the fund.
The meeting will be held online on Tuesday 28 February 2023 from 12pm - 1pm (Sydney time).

Gai McGrath was appointed as Chair and a Non-executive Director of the Superannuation Boards on 1 July 2021.
Gai has over 35 years’ experience in the financial services and legal industries. Including 12 years with Westpac Group as General Manager of Westpac’s retail banking businesses in Australia and New Zealand and in BT Financial Group as General Manager, Customer Service, Head of Customer Service Delivery and General Manager, Risk Solutions. Prior to joining the Westpac Group Gai spent seven years at Perpetual Limited including as General Counsel and Company Secretary.
Gai is Chair of Humanitix Limited and a Non-executive Director of Genworth Mortgage Insurance Australia Limited, Steadfast Group Limited, HBF Health Limited and Toyota Finance Australia Limited.
Gai holds a BA, LLB (Hons), LLM (Distinction) and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Matthew Rady was appointed Chief Executive Officer of BT Financial Group in October 2021.
He is responsible for BT’s Platforms, including the flagship BT Panorama, BT’s personal and corporate super and investment products.
Before joining BT, Matt was Chief Executive Officer at Allianz Retire+. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services and wealth industries with executive roles in companies including Macquarie Group and global financial services technology company, IRESS.
Matt is also a Non-Executive Director at JDRF, a global not-for-profit supporting type 1 diabetes research.
James joined BT Investment Solutions/Advance Asset Management in 2007 and was appointed Head of Asset Allocation in December 2017. James is responsible for delivering on the investment objectives for all the BTIS diversified portfolios and leading the Diversified Portfolio Management Team.
Prior to this James was Portfolio Manager within the BTIS Investment Team and was responsible for the asset allocation strategy and exposure management for the Diversified portfolios and model portfolios. James also held several prior positions within BTIS and Advance Asset Management including the management and execution of Asset Allocation overlays and hedging strategies across Multi Asset portfolios, market research and strategy and manager research.
Prior to joining Advance Asset Management James worked with St George Private Bank focusing on model equity portfolios, portfolio strategy and Advice, developing strategic portfolio reviews for Private Banking clients. James has 17 years’ investment experience and graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Agricultural Economics in March 2006.

At the meeting we will discuss the management and performance of your super fund and you will have a chance to ask questions of the people who manage your superannuation. Attendance is voluntary and we hope that you can join us. If you can’t join us, you will be able to access a recording of the meeting and the minutes on bt.com.au in late March 2023
When you register, you can ask as many questions as you like. Just enter your question, submit it then repeat the process. You can also submit questions live during the meeting.
