  • This form is used to roll over your superannuation to another fund or, if you are eligible, make a withdrawal. If you require this withdrawal form, please call BT Customer Relations on 132 135.

BT Business Super

  • This form is used to roll over your superannuation to another fund or, if you are eligible, make a withdrawal. If you require this withdrawal form, please call BT Customer Relations on 132 135.

BT Lifetime – Personal Super, BT Classic Lifetime Personal Super, BT Retirement Selection Personal Super, BT Superannuation Investment Fund and BT Superannuation Savings Fund

If you have Unrestricted Funds or meet an Age Based Condition of Release you can call BT Customer Relations on 132 135. You will need a valid BT PIN.

BT Lifetime Flexible Pension and BT Classic Lifetime Flexible Pension

Call BT Customer Relations on 132 135. You will need a valid BT PIN.

Conditions of withdrawal

  • Withdrawal payments are made in Australian dollars.

  • Withdrawals are subject to clearance of investment funds.

  • Any applicable bank charges and other likely bank fees incurred as a result of a withdrawal by way of telegraphic transfer or other special payment will be charged to you.

  • Full withdrawals from a fund will automatically cancel your Regular Investment Plan or Flexi Payment Plan with that fund.

  • Payments to a third party are not permitted.
