If you’ve already registered to use our online services, you can transfer money from your bank account by logging into the secure section of this website.

Use BPAY

Use your bank's Internet or telephone BPAY service to transfer funds from your bank account.

By Telephone

Call BT Customer Relations on 132 135 to transfer funds from your bank account, provided you've received a BT PIN from us.

Please note: You will also need to have completed an Additional Investment Request form with the Direct Debit details filled out or we will be unable to process your transfer. You can download the Direct Debit request form below.

By direct debit

Download, print, complete and return an Additional Investment Request form to us at the address on the bottom of the form.

Remember to fill out the Direct Debit details or we will be unable to process your transfer from your regular bank account.

If you can't download or print the form, contact us to ask for a form to be sent to you.

By cheque

Write to us and make sure you include:

  • your Investor Number 

  • the name of the fund you wish to invest in

  • the investment amount 

  • your signature and the date

  • a cheque for the amount of your investment made out to the payee shown below

Make your cheque payable to;

BT Premium Cash Fund

Make your cheque payable to the account name appearing on your deposit slips.

BT Investor Choice Funds

Make your cheque payable to;

BTFG – BIC - <investor name>
(i.e. BTFG – BIC - Jane Citizen)

BT Classic Investment Funds

BTFG – Classic - <investor name>
(i.e. BTFG – Classic - Jane Citizen)

Alternatively, download, print, complete and return an Additional Investment Request form to us with your cheque.
