You can access your super online – and importantly, take action – any time, from anywhere.
There’s the convenience of logging in at bt.com.au/btsuperportal or on the Panorama App, using your username and password.
If you’ve forgotten your username, don’t worry. You can retrieve this, click on “forgotten username” and you’ll be taken to a page with some personal questions.
Once you’ve completed the details, click the acknowledgement box and then “next”. You’ll be asked another security question, then you’ll receive an SMS code on your mobile which you can use to recover your username.
If you don’t remember your password, click on “forgotten password” and you can follow the instructions from there.
Finally, when you log in for the first time, you’ll need to input your mobile number, and we’ll send you a code that you need to put in.
This adds an extra level of security, making BT Super online quick, easy and safe.
