Insurance cover can be arranged through BT Panorama with the assistance of a financial adviser. Your adviser can help you assess your insurance needs and select the cover most appropriate for your circumstances.

BT Panorama provides a selection of insurance providers. Insurance premium payments are automatically deducted and paid directly from your BT Panorama account.

To comply with the legislation, we’re required to contact you when your account has been inactive for certain specified periods and provide you with the opportunity to confirm if you want to continue with the insurance cover.
This legislation was passed to ensure that superannuation account balances are not eroded by insurance premiums for cover that members are not aware they hold or no longer need.
Log in to your account at www.panoramainvestor.com.au, then navigate to Insurance > Keep Insurance.
Complete and sign the Insurance opt-in nomination form then return it to us by email or post.

You can opt-in over the phone by contacting our customer relations team on 1300 881 716, 8:30am to 6:30pm (Sydney time) Monday to Friday.
If your super account becomes inactive for a continuous period of 16 months, premiums can’t be deducted, and any insurance cover will be cancelled. The insurer/ insurance administrator will notify you about the cancellation and of any opportunity to reinstate your cover.
To discuss reinstatement, you should contact your insurer/ insurance administrator as soon as possible after receiving notification that your cover has been cancelled. Any reinstatement (if available) will be subject to the terms of acceptance by the insurer.
