Employers or members can call our team of super specialists on 132 135 for help with any super questions (8.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, Sydney time). 

Members can also call 132 135 at any time to get their account balances or fund unit prices through our automated phone menu.

Additional support for employers

Employers with a medium to large employee base will receive the following additional support:

  • An Onboarding Manager who will work with them to establish their new plan and help employees transition their super across.

  • A Client Executive who will provide ongoing support and training to their payroll team on using QuickSuper to process and report on employee super contributions.

  • A Relationship Manager who will act as the primary employer contact and provide strategic input into all aspects of legislative compliance, benefit design and member engagement.  Member engagement activities include running member campaigns and seminars and participating in Policy Committee meetings.
