Members’ annual statements – now online

This year we’ve made a change to the way we deliver BT Super annual statements to members – they’re now available via BT Online. 

This means members can now access their annual statement and other important information about their super anytime, anywhere – from PC, tablet or mobile. Their password-protected BT Online account means no concerns about lost or stolen mail. And no more paper – statements will now be stored online and can be downloaded and saved to a home computer. If members prefer to receive annual statements by mail, they can call us on 132 135.

If we have the member’s email address, they will have received an email with instructions to access their statement through BT Online. And if we don’t, the statement will have been sent in the mail, with information about how they can view this year’s statement online and receive future statements via email. 

Other important information included with annual statements

It's been a busy year in super – so the online annual statement package includes a Member news and information booklet covering changes they need to know. This includes: 
  • More about the Government's 1 July 2017 changes to super rules, how financial markets have impacted super returns, and some of the great features of their BT Super account like our Benefits Now program. 
  • Changes coming to the insurance in BT Super. From 1 January 2018, we’ll be partnering with a new insurer and changing some of the insurance terms that could provide members with more protection (we sent you details about the changes in a recent email).
