This means members can now access their annual statement and other important information about their super anytime, anywhere – from PC, tablet or mobile. Their password-protected BT Online account means no concerns about lost or stolen mail. And no more paper – statements will now be stored online and can be downloaded and saved to a home computer. If members prefer to receive annual statements by mail, they can call us on 132 135.
If we have the member’s email address, they will have received an email with instructions to access their statement through BT Online. And if we don’t, the statement will have been sent in the mail, with information about how they can view this year’s statement online and receive future statements via email.
