Please refer to the migration guide (page 4) sent to you on the transaction limitations just before your migration. Please note if you have a BT SuperWrap account, and submit a request to rollover part of or your entire account balance out to another super fund between 11 June – 28 June, your request may not be processed until after 28 June due to the completion of the migration.

If you currently have more than one authorised signatory (for example, joint account holders with two signatures to operate your account), you won’t be able to transact on your Panorama Investments account online once your account is migrated until you have updated the authorisations relating to your account. If you’d like the ability to transact online, you will need to amend your account to enable one person to sign. You and your authorised signatories can do this by completing the ‘Account set up and permissions for migrating Wrap accounts’ form.
