Register to use BT Online


To access BT Online you'll need:

  • to be an investor in a BT investment;
  • a password or PIN and your investor (or member) number .

Most people would have been sent a password when first investing with BT.

Haven't been sent a password?

Complete the appropriate form below and return to BT at the address on the bottom of the form. Alternatively, call Customer Relations to arrange registration over the phone.

If you are a BT Wrap, SuperWrap or Private Client account holder, contact us to enquire about registration.


If you already have a BT Plan but have not signed up to use the online services, you can register for the portal by calling our Customer Relations team on 1300 553 010, 8:00am to 6:30pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.

You will receive your username via email, and your password will be posted to you for security reasons.

Once you have your user name and password, you can log in to QuickSuper to do the following:

  • Make contributions online
    for members of your BT Plan or for employees who have chosen a different super fund through Super Choice. Payments are completed by using BT's Employer Clearing House available on QuickSuper.
  • Set up automatic payment
    to ensure contributions are paid automatically from your account when you authorise contributions to be paid
  • Ensure member and employer details are up to date
    Add, amend and remove details for members of your BT Employer Plan, update your contact details
  • View reports
    Access information about members of your BT Employer Plan such as employee, contribution, insurance and investment details
  • Set up several pay centres
    if you have a need to separate members into different cost centre for accounting or reporting purposes

BT Adviser Exchange

Use BT Adviser Exchange to access your client's investment details for managed funds, margin loans and superannuation funds. To register, please complete and sign the Online Access Request Form (PDF, 174 KB) then return to the BT Priority Adviser Line:

Wrap Adviser registration

Independent Financial Advisers

If you would like to register for BT's wrap service please contact Wrap Adviser Relations on 1300 360 899.

Once you have registered for the website you will be issued with a user name and password. These will usually be mailed to you within 5 business days. If you register your staff, their passwords and user names will be sent to your mailing address for security reasons.

When you have your user name and password you can access the secure Wrap adviser website for online transactions – including client registration, online reports and more.

  • financial planning dealer group
  • broking firm
  • accounting firm
  • private banking firm
  • other organisation who may benefit from using a Wrap.

BT Corporate Accounts

Corporate account holders (institutional investors, master fund operators, wrap account operators or asset consultants invested in BT managed funds, superannuation or retirement investments) can access their accounts online via a secure section of this website. After registering to use this section you can access:

  • account balances
  • month-end statements
  • transaction histories
  • distribution details.
