The insurance cover available through your BT Super account could help you and your loved ones if something unexpected happens. 

So, it's important you understand the type and amount of cover you may hold, and how it works.

Once you’ve logged into your account online, you can select “Insurance” from the left-hand menu.

If you have insurance that’s being paid out of your super, you’ll see the cover type, the amount, and the monthly premium that’s being deducted.

You can find more information about the insurance available when you scroll further down.

If you want to increase or apply for insurance, or reduce or cancel your insurance, down the bottom of the page, you’ll find the relevant forms to complete.

If you need to make a claim, you can also find the telephone number to call to speak with a Claims Manager.
