Your current pricing will not automatically be changing and will only change if you request it. While the BT Wrap Open offer requires an adviser, we have made a special price available through your existing product that you can ask us to switch to. I have an Asgard account, but don’t have an adviser, what do these changes mean for me?

Your current pricing will not automatically be changing and will only change if you request it. I have a BT Invest account, do these changes affect me?

No – there are no changes to the BT Invest fees.

I have a BT SMSF Panorama Investments account and don’t have an adviser, what do these changes mean for me?

We are changing our BT SMSF Panorama Investments administration fee structure to make it simpler and easier to understand. These changes only apply to new accounts opened from 23 July 2018. If you already have a BT SMSF Panorama Investments account, you will retain the existing Panorama Investments pricing that you have today.

Can I switch to this new price?

As an existing customer, you can move to the new fee structure at any time by completing the Change administration fee rates form. This is also located on the BT Panorama desktop under forms.

You can also contact us on 1300 881 716 to speak to one of our super specialists from 8.00am to 6.30pm (Sydney time), Monday to Friday.

Importantly, if you do move to the new fees, you won’t be able to change back to your current pricing in the future.

I have a BT Super Invest account, what do these changes mean for me?

We are changing our BT Super Invest fees to make them simpler and easier for our customers to understand.

How do I switch to this new price?

You don’t need to do anything – we have already reduced your ‘Administration fee – asset based’ to 0.15% and we will change your ‘Administration fee – account based’ on 1 September 2018. You will also get an email from us outlining the above changes and what they mean for you in more detail, if you have not received it already.
