It’s quick and easy to update employee details in the QuickSuper online portal.
To get started: log in to QuickSuper
To review employee details: Select Employees > View employees > Select employee > Employee details
To update employee details: Follow the steps above and then select > Edit employee
Once you’re there, review and update the following information for each of the members of your plan.
- Address, email and mobile number
- Annual salary
- Tax File Number (TFN)
- Insurance benefit category
- Employment End Date (if relevant)
Please note: If you are using an alternative SuperStream compliant system to pay your employees’ super contributions electronically, you can use that to update your employees’ details online.
