Super changes and what they mean for employers

There are a number of changes taking place in the super space in 2021. This webinar is designed to help you prepare for these changes and understand the impact they’ll have on how you manage your super obligations.

This webinar features Bryan Ashenden, Head of Financial Literacy and Advocacy for BT together with Dora Capetanakis, Executive Manager, Workplace Super for BT as they cover the latest on:

  • The government's proposal for a single super account to follow people when they move from job to job (known as stapling)
  • The scheduled increase to Super Guarantee (SG) contributions from 9.5% to 10% and increases to contribution caps
  • New electronic reporting payroll obligations.

Running time: 30 minutes

Responses to the questions asked at the live webinar are available on our article page – 'Understanding the business impact of changes to superannuation'.
