We pride ourselves on the quality customer support provided by our phone based teams. BT was named ‘Best Large Contact Centre’ in the World in the Contact Centre World awards for 2015, based on our customer service, employee engagement and strong commitment to the community.
Employers or members can call our team of super specialists on 132 135 for help with any super questions (8.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday, Sydney time).
Members can also call 132 135 at any time to get their account balances or fund unit prices through our automated phone menu.
Employers with a medium to large employee base will receive the following additional support:
An Onboarding Manager who will work with them to establish their new plan and help employees transition their super across.
A Client Executive who will provide ongoing support and training to their payroll team on using QuickSuper to process and report on employee super contributions.
A Relationship Manager who will act as the primary employer contact and provide strategic input into all aspects of legislative compliance, benefit design and member engagement. Member engagement activities include running member campaigns and seminars and participating in Policy Committee meetings.
Moving to a new super fund provider can be a big change but we aim to make the transition as easy as possible.
Our specialist team work closely with employers to transition any existing superannuation arrangements seamlessly and with minimal disruption. We use a combination of educational seminars, one on one consultations, welcome calls, emails and intranet sites to engage with employees and explain in simple terms why the change of super fund is happening and how it will benefit them.
We use QuickSuper as our superannuation data and payment system to make it easy for employers to manage their super in a secure, online environment. Because QuickSuper is wholly owned by the Westpac Group we can offer same day processing of super transactions at no cost to employers or fund members.

Lifestage investing automatically adjusts the mix of growth and defensive assets throughout an employee’s working life, with the aim of maximising growth when they are young and reducing risk as they approach retirement. The automatic adjustments particularly benefit members who don’t wish to take an active role in their super investment.

When it comes to preparing for the future, insurance and super go hand in hand. Our approach to insurance stems from our wellbeing philosophy and is focused on helping employees live well by protecting them against unforeseen circumstances.
You can offer employees a choice of standard or tailored cover and increase the level of cover to suit the size and needs of your workforce. Insurance options include Death Only, Death & Total and Permanent Disablement, and Salary Continuance for benefit periods of 2 years, 5 years and up to age 65.
When things go wrong we are committed to supporting members to get well and return to work as soon as possible, wherever possible. Members who submit a claim are supported throughout the entire process by a dedicated Claims Manager who ensures each case is assessed on its own merit and all valid claims are promptly paid.
