There is more than one way to update your personal details.
Online
You can log in to BT Online to update your contact details, address or to provide your tax file number.
Telephone
Call BT Customer Relations on 132 135 to change details such as your address or to provide your tax file number. A change of name or new bank account details need to be provided in writing.
In writing
Download, print, complete and return a change of details form to us at the address on the bottom of the form. If you can't download or print the form, contact us to ask for a form to be sent to you.
