Instructions for common BT Link calls
BT Link is an automated telephone service that gives you 24-hour access to your BT account information, letting you make transactions.
How to access BT Link
To access BT Link, you'll need to be an investor in a BT Financial Group investment, superannuation or retirement fund, or hold a BT margin loan. To log in you will need a PIN and your investor number (or member) number.
Haven't been sent a PIN?
Most people would have been sent a PIN when first investing with BT. If you haven't been sent a PIN, complete the appropriate form below and return to BT
- Managed Funds, Personal Super and Pension Plans - download the appropriate PDS and send in the signed application form
- Employer Super (PDF 57KB)
- Margin Lending (PDF 29KB)
You will receive your password within 5 business days of us receiving the form.

How to make transactions
- Dial 132 135
- Enter your Investor Number (Ignore the ‘C’) followed by # key
- Enter your BT PIN followed by #
- Select option 1 at the first menu
- Select option 2 at the main menu for transactions
