When John took out income protection insurance he didn't imagine it would save his life. 

Like many people, John thought that income insurance only covered physical illnesses and that the sole focus of his insurance company would be his return to work.  John was to find out that not only was his depression covered, but that his experience with his insurance company, BT, proved to be a lifeline.
