1. Consolidate your super (rollover)

Consolidate your super funds quickly and easily using BT's Easy Rollover Tool. You simply provide your details once, and the Tool will automatically create all the forms you need to bring your super investments together.

2. Additional Investment request

Use this form to make additional investments. Alternatively, if you already have a direct debit arrangement in place, log into BT Online, use BT Link or call Customer Relations to make an additional investment. You may also arrange an additional investment without a form by sending funds via BPAY.

3. Change of address

Use this form to change personal or account details such as your address or your distribution options. Alternatively, log into BT Online or call Customer Relations.

The following changes require a printed and signed form to be provided;

  • change of name,
  • new account signing authority, and
  • new bank account details (for the crediting of withdrawals and distributions or to establish a direct debit arrangement).
