A BT Margin Loan offers broad flexibility with interest payments. You can have a variable interest rate loan where interest is charged and paid in arrears or you can elect to prepay interest in advance, by locking in a fixed interest rate for a predetermined term. Prepaying interest before the end of the financial year can be a tax effective investment strategy.
