Interest rates
You have a choice of paying interest on a variable or fixed rate.
If you select a variable rate, it is debited from your nominated bank account
at the end of each month.
If you select a prepaid fixed rate, your rate is fixed for 12 months and the
total interest cost is debited upfront, from your nominated bank account.
Prepaying interest before the end of the financial year may assist with tax
planning as investment loan interest is generally tax deductible. Prepaid
interest is non-refundable in any circumstances.
