Making a withdrawal

You can ask to withdraw from any fund at any time.

  • Withdrawal payments are made in Australian dollars.
  • In all cases, withdrawals are subject to clearance of investment funds. 
  • There is no minimum withdrawal amount for each fund. A fee applies for cheques written on the BT Cash Management Trust for less than $400.
  • Investors should also note that any applicable bank charges and other likely bank fees incurred as a result of a withdrawal by way of telegraphic transfer or other special payment will be charged to you.

 Please note: full withdrawals from a fund will automatically cancel your Regular Investment Plan or Flexi Payment Plan with that fund.

Payments to a third party are not permitted.

Online

If you've already registered to use our online services you can log into BT Online and arrange for your funds to be paid into your registered bank account. Alternatively you can register for online payments below or we can send you a cheque.

By Telephone

Call BT Link on 132 135 to have your withdrawal paid into your registered bank account or sent to you as a cheque.

To do this, you'll need the fund codes.

In writing

Download, print, complete and return a Withdrawal Request form to us at the address on the bottom of the form.

Please remember to sign and date your form.
