Switching investment options within retirement plans

Investors in BT Classic Lifetime – Flexible Pension may only switch between investment options that are already held.

Call BT Link on 132 135 and give your switching instructions to a consultant (make sure you have your BT PIN handy). To do this, you'll need the fund codes.

In writing

Write to us and make sure you include:

  • your Investor Number,
  • the name of the investment option from which you wish to withdraw, and the name of the fund that you wish to switch into
  • the withdrawal amount stated as the number of dollars or units,
  • your signature and the date
