Loan repayments

We are happy to accept repayments of your loan at any time. You may repay your loan in full or in part (as much or as little as you like) by:

  1. Cheque payable to 'BT Securities'
    Please write your account reference on the back. The cheque will be credited to your account on the date it is received by us.

  2. Deposit at any branch of Westpac
    Deposits require a special deposit book encoded with your loan account number that are available on request. Please note cash deposits cannot be accepted.

  3. Direct debit for amounts above $200
    Direct debits can be made weekly, fortnightly or monthly from your nominated bank account.

  4. BPAY
    If you are registered for this service with your bank, you can transfer funds from your bank account. Simply enter:

    • the Margin Lending Biller Code, which is 17111
    • your Margin Lending Customer number which is the numeric part of your Margin Lending Client Code. For example, for account BROWB12345-6 the customer number is 123456

Please be aware that if your loan balance falls below your minimum loan balance, you will still be charged interest on this amount unless the loan is repaid in full including any interest owed.
