BT Online Employer - online admin & transaction service

BT Online Employer (BTOE) is BT's secure online service that cuts costs and complexity by giving you the ability to manage your employer super online.

What can you do with BTOE?

  • Make contributions online
    For members of your BT Employer Plan, as well as for employees who may have selected another super fund. BTOE has an online clearing house functionality to help you deal with Choice employees.
  • Set up automatic payment
    To pay contributions automatically from your account.
  • Ensure member and employer details are up to date.
    Add, amend and remove details for members of your super fund.
  • Update your contact details.
  • View reports
    Access information about members of your BT Employer Plan such as employee contribution, insurance and investment details.
  • Set up several pay centres
    If you need to separate members into different cost centre for accounting or reporting purposes.
