Crispin was appointed Head of Australian Equities for BT Investment Management in January 2003 and is responsible for managing the flagship Australian equities funds and Large Cap Australian equities team. Crispin joined BT in 1994 as an investment analyst working on European equities, and was appointed Head of European Equities in 1998, with responsibility for portfolios totalling $4 billion.
