Customer satisfaction surveys

We also regularly survey our customers to ensure we maintain a consistently high standard of service. Each day a random sample of your calls to our Customer Relations Centre are chosen for a post-call evaluation survey, and our investors are asked to rate their experience with the Customer Relations Consultant.

To ensure complete transparency and fairness, these surveys are managed and carried out by an external research company. We use the results of these surveys to measure how well we’re serving you and how we can make your customer experience with BT even better.
