Your checklist for the end of financial year

With the end of financial year less than two weeks away, now is your last chance to update your employees’ details on BT Online Employer (BTOE).

To ensure your employees receive their annual statement and have their insurance benefit accurately calculated, you must check that the following details you’ve provided us are correct, before Monday 30 June 2008:

  • Tax File Number (TFN)
  • Employee address
  • Annual salary
  • Insurance category and occupation code
  • Number of hours employed per week
  • Where applicable, the date of termination of employment.

BTOE - the easiest way to update employee details

To update your employees’ details, simply:
1. Login to the secure BT Online Employer (opens in a new window) site
2. Select BT Members in the left menu
3. Select Change Details to update any information which is incorrect or missing.
